This podcasts working title was “Role Models.” To honour our host Miranda’s Dakota heritage, she chose namahon makipazo 

(nam-AGH-hawn ma-KEE-pazo). These the Dakota words for “Hear me. Show me” reflecting listening to podcast, and speakers learning their language, and looking to Indigenous language knowledge keepers to share.
