Motherhood

Host Cheryle Bellerose, a researcher on a CIHR grant with Brenda Green, works with producers Lindell Haywahe and Amanda Leader to compile stories, lessons, and traditional knowledge from several women Elders. These lessons focus on traditional practices, views, and understandings on motherhood and matriarchs in our families. These women share what they learned from their own mothers and mother figures, and what they have passed on to next generations.
